FoodIt Certificates – H.A.C.C.P. 1st LIVELLO – 4 ORE: It is aimed at qualified staff who, in order to carry out their function, do not necessarily come into contact with food and drink or who come into contact with them in companies exposed by a medium/low risk to food safety, according to the European Regulations 852/04 and 178/02. It is made in place of the former health eligibility booklet (LIS).

It is made in place of the former health eligibility booklet (LIS).
Fooditists ‘ Certificates – H.A.C.C.P. 3rd LIVELLO – 12 ORE: The course is aimed at Owners/Responsible/Employees of Companies who play the role of quality control and assurance of the food industry. It also targets food operators with the role of responsible and/or quality control and staff with responsibility for surveillance, sector management and process. It is made in place of the former health eligibility booklet (LIS).
